Benifits of Pushan mudra:
- This mudra is highly beneficial for digestion.
- Also, this mudra gives relief from gastric problem.
- Stimulates the function of brain.
- Removes nausea and vomiting.
Steps to do:
(right hand posture)
- Touch the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index and middle fingers.
- Apply a gentle pressure on the tips.
(left hand posture)
- Touch the tip of your thumb to the tips of your middle and ring fingers.
- Apply a gentle pressure on the tips.
- Place the back of your hands onto the knees.
- While practicing this mudra concentrate on breathing.
Time duration:
This mudra is beneficial if practiced atleast for 15 minutes and upto 45 minutes a day.
It is said that daily practice of meditation for 30 minutes can add value to your life.
